User Data Deletion

Email hello@sollible.com with the subject Altyst Data Deletion Request. Include only the information reasonably needed to locate the record:

• your full name;
• the email address or phone number submitted with the enquiry;
• the relevant developer, builder, agency, Facebook Page, project, or property, if known;
• the approximate date of the form submission or enquiry; and
• whether the request concerns an Altyst account, enquiry record, Meta integration data, or all applicable personal data.

Do not send your Facebook password, Meta access token, full government identification document, or other unnecessary sensitive information. If additional verification is needed, we will provide an appropriate secure method.

We may verify that you are the person to whom the data relates or that you are authorized to act for the relevant organization. Verification may use contact information already associated with the record.

For lead and customer records, the Business Customer whose form you completed generally controls the data. We may forward the request to that Business Customer and assist it with locating and deleting the record.

We will:

1. acknowledge the request;
2. identify the applicable Altyst workspace, project, and connected source;
3. delete or de-identify personal data that is no longer required;
4. instruct applicable processors to delete the data where required;
5. disconnect or invalidate integration credentials when requested by an authorized account owner; and
6. confirm completion or explain any data that must be retained and the legal reason.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete valid requests within 30 days, unless verification, technical complexity, or applicable law reasonably requires more time. If so, we will provide an update.

Data may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire through their ordinary lifecycle. Backup data is not used for ordinary business purposes, and an applicable deletion instruction is reapplied if a backup is restored. We may retain a limited record of the request to demonstrate compliance, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

An authorized Business Customer administrator may disconnect Meta Lead Ads in Altyst and remove Altyst’s access through the relevant Facebook or Meta business settings. This stops future access through that connection but may not delete information imported before disconnection. Submit a deletion request for previously stored data.
