Altyst legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern business access to and use of Altyst, including connected lead, website, analytics, and sales-workflow features.

Effective and last updated:

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between Sollible Business Solutions Private Limited ("Sollible", "Altyst", "we", or "us") and the organization using Altyst ("Customer" or "you"). By creating an account, accepting an order form, or using Altyst for an organization, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to bind that organization.

An executed order form, master services agreement, or data processing agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Altyst.

2. Accounts and service access

Subject to these Terms and the applicable order form, Sollible grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Altyst for lawful internal business operations during the subscription term. Features and availability may vary by plan, configuration, geography, release stage, and customer agreement.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • accurate account and organization information;
  • limiting access to authorized users and appropriate project scopes;
  • protecting credentials and promptly removing access when no longer needed;
  • activity through its accounts, except to the extent caused by our breach; and
  • promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use or security incidents.

3. Customer Data and privacy

"Customer Data" means data and content submitted to or processed through a Customer’s Altyst workspace, including leads, contacts, projects, inventory, files, communications, settings, and integration data. The Customer retains its rights in Customer Data and grants Sollible and its subprocessors the limited right to process it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service; follow documented instructions; prevent harm; and comply with law.

The Customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and source of Customer Data and for required notices, permissions, and consents. Our handling of personal data is described in the Altyst Privacy Policy.

4. Leads, advertising, and Meta integrations

The Customer is responsible for its advertising, forms, privacy notices, marketing claims, and communications with leads. It must use lead information only for a disclosed, lawful purpose; contact people consistently with their enquiry and channel choices; comply with applicable advertising, messaging, consumer-protection, privacy, and real-estate laws; and promptly honor opt-outs and valid privacy requests.

A Customer connecting Meta Lead Ads confirms it is authorized to manage the connected Facebook Page, business assets, advertising account, and forms. Meta-sourced data may be used only to respond to the applicable request and for other uses permitted by Meta’s terms and law. Customers must not retrieve leads from unconnected Pages, scrape Meta products, use Platform Data for unlawful profiling, or contact people for an unrelated purpose.

Third-party integrations remain subject to their provider’s terms, permissions, review requirements, and availability. Disconnecting an integration stops future processing through that connection but may not delete previously stored data. Use our Data Deletion Instructions for stored personal data.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Altyst to:

  • break the law, infringe rights, or process data deceptively or discriminatorily;
  • access another tenant, brand, project, account, or record without authorization;
  • bypass security, consent controls, permissions, or rate limits;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with service integrity or availability;
  • scrape, harvest, sell, rent, or disclose lead data without lawful authority;
  • send spam, deceptive messages, or abusive communications;
  • upload highly sensitive data unless the feature and agreement expressly support it; or
  • reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use Altyst to build a competing product except where law or written permission allows it.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict affected access where reasonably necessary.

6. AI-assisted and third-party services

AI-assisted features may produce suggestions, summaries, classifications, or other output that can be incomplete or inaccurate. Authorized users must review output before relying on it. AI output must not be the sole basis for a decision with legal or similarly significant effects on a person.

Altyst may interoperate with third-party services. Their independent services are governed by the Customer’s agreement with them. We may suspend or change an integration when required by the provider, law, security, or prevention of harm.

7. Customer websites and intellectual property

Customers publishing websites through Altyst are responsible for the content, domain, legal notices, accessibility, rights, and accuracy of their claims. They grant Sollible a limited license to host and display that content only to provide the service.

Sollible and its licensors retain all rights in Altyst, including its software, interfaces, designs, documentation, models, templates, trademarks, and improvements, excluding Customer Data. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Fees, changes, suspension, and termination

Fees, taxes, billing terms, limits, and subscription periods appear in the applicable order form or plan. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, payment obligations are non-cancellable, and paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may improve or modify Altyst and may suspend affected access to address a material breach, security threat, fraud, legal requirement, binding platform requirement, overdue undisputed amount after notice, or risk to other customers. Where practicable, we will provide notice and limit the suspension.

On termination, access ends, outstanding obligations remain due, and Customer Data is handled under the applicable agreement, the Privacy Policy, and our retention process. Customers should export required data before termination.

9. Confidentiality and security

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party’s non-public confidential information and use it only as authorized. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect Altyst, but no internet service is completely secure or uninterrupted. Customers remain responsible for authorized-user management, account configuration, endpoint security, and lawful backup or export needs.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altyst is provided "as is" and "as available". Sollible disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Altyst does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, engineering, or real-estate brokerage advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited or a different limit in an executed agreement, each party’s aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid or payable for Altyst during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to fraud, wilful misconduct, infringement of the other party’s intellectual-property rights, the Customer’s unlawful use or disclosure of personal data, or payment obligations. The Customer will defend and indemnify Sollible against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, customer-published content, unlawful advertising or communications, or use outside these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to an executed agreement, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party will make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve it through written notice, except where urgent relief is reasonably required.

We may update these Terms prospectively for changes in law, security, third-party requirements, or Altyst. The updated page will show its effective date, with additional notice for material changes where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
